Let me introduce myself…

Thank you for considering visiting my barber shop! It is my birthday and a great time to introduce myself.

My name is Demetrius Kiel and I am a proud native of Port Arthur, Texas. I am also a twin. As a young child, it was my barber who made a lasting impact on my life. Men came in burdened and left walking tall. I quietly determined that one day I would enter the profession.

For the past 25+ years, it has been my mission to fill boys and men with confidence, positive affirmations, and support. When you walk into my barber shop you will be welcomed and your time valued. I am the husband to Kristin Pollard Kiel and the father of two beautiful girls. As a graduate of Oakwood University, I am living out a life mission of service.

As a formally trained barber, my education sharpened my technical skills and I received extensive education on proper sanitation and disinfection of instruments. I cannot over-emphasize how important proper education is in my profession.

My proudest professional moments have come from watching my clients - men, women, and children - reach personal and professional milestones.
